The Town of Gananoque invites citizen members to apply to serve on various Committees / Advisory Panels of the Council for the term 2018-2022.
To qualify, applicants must be Canadian citizens, a resident or taxpayer of Gananoque, unless otherwise stated in the associated Terms of Reference. Interested applicants are asked to complete and submit an “Application Form for Appointment to Council Committees / Advisory Panels / Boards”, to the Town Clerk (30 King Street East). Applications will be accepted up to January 18th, 2019, at 4:30 PM.
All applications received will be reviewed by Council and appointment of members will be made at the regular Council meeting on being held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
Listed below are the Council Committees / Advisory Panels and Boards seeking membership:

|Police Services Board||One (1) Citizen Member|
|Gananoque Library Board||Seven (7) Citizen Members|
|Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit||One (1) Citizen Member|
As a result of the limited number of citizen members required on each Committee / Advisory Panel or Board, all applications shall be kept on file for the term of Council. Those applicants not appointed in the initial process will be considered first in the event of a vacancy.
