Blasting operations will commence on October 31, 2018 on Osborne Street to facilitate the removal of bedrock. Residents within the 75 meter blast radius of where the works will take place have been previously notified of the operation. Pre-blast surveys have been conducted on homes within the blast radius.

The Town of Gananoque will be hosting a Public Information Night introducing the Federal Cannabis Act and how it will impact the local community. A progress report of the Town’s Strategic Plan will also be presented. Everyone is invited to attend.

Please note that the Pedestrian Walkway at Confederation Park will be temporarily closed on October 3, 2018 from 8:30 am - 11:00 am while maintenance is performed on the dam.
