The Council of the Town of Gananoque is temporarily closing Bay Road to vehicular traffic, from the westerly extent of the Marina Parking Lot to just south of King Street West. Council will rescind the temporary closure once the Provincial State of Emergency is rescinded.
The Town of Gananoque’s Public Utilities Division will begin its routine hydrant flushing on Monday April 20th, 2020. Hydrant flushing provides the opportunity to check the function of all fire hydrants in the Town and is necessary to flush the watermains to provide the best quality of drinking water.
The Town is partnering again this year with Neptune Technologies to replace approximately 300 residential water meters in May and June. If your water meter is being replaced you will get a notice in the mail.
