Town administration have been working closely with Neptune Technology Group on an implementation plan for the recommencement of the Water Meter Replacement Program.

Be advised effective Friday May 8th, 2020 at 8:00am, the Total Open-Air Burn Ban has been LIFTED by ALL municipalities within the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, including the separated municipalities of Brockville, Gananoque and Prescott.
Please be advised that due to the state of emergency the Town will not be issuing the 2nd Quarter Utility bills in May 2020. Gananoque was in the midst of the Town wide water meter replacement program when the Pandemic hit. Less than half of the meters have been replaced at this point.
The Town of Gananoque has commissioned the preparation of a Marina Master Plan to guide the development and operation of the Gananoque Municipal Marina over the next 10 to 15 years.
Town Hall is at a reduced level of service due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
STAFF REMAIN ON SITE. TOWN HALL WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC BEGINNING APRIL 6, 2021.
