Please be advised that the Council of the Town of Gananoque provides Notice of Intent to amend Procedural By-law No. 2016-094, at their regular meeting of Council being held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, as indicated below:
- That the Procedural By-law No. 2016-094, be amended to remove in its entirety all reference to the Committee of the Whole.
- that Section 22. PUBLIC QUESTION / COMMENTS, Subsection 22.1, be removed in its entirety and replaced with:
“22.1 The public may only address reports and Notice(s) of Motion listed on the Agenda.”
