Town administration have been working closely with Neptune Technology Group on an implementation plan for the recommencement of the Water Meter Replacement Program. Town staff have recently met with our contractor, Neptune Technologies Group, to review their COVID-19 safety protocols for the recommencement of the program. Town staff are confident in the safety measures that Neptune Technologies Group have put in place for the safety of Town residents and their technicians. To that end, Neptune Technologies Group will, or have started to re-engage Town property owners for those properties which have not had their water meters changed early in the year as part of this program. As a reminder, there is no cost to the property owner with respect to this Water Meter Replacement Program. Neptune Technologies Group have, or will be in the near future booking appointments for this work. Town staff ask that residents cooperate with Neptune Technology Group’s call center and technicians, to allow for this work to complete. Please direct any safety concerns, or special needs to Neptune Technologies Group so they are aware in advance of your appointment. Neptune Technologies Group will be starting to book appointments for installation for the week of June 8th, 2020.
