Curbside Giveaway Days/Trash to Treasure Days are opportunities for residents to share their gently used, unwanted household items with treasure hunters. What is useless to one person may be valuable to another, so give away your unwanted items that still have life left in them.
When: August 10th and October 19th from 7:00am - 7:00pm
The goal is to reuse or share gently used items rather than sending them to landfill.
Place your gently used unwanted items at the curb on giveaway days no earlier than 7am, clearly marked ‘free’. If you have items remaining at the end of the giveaway day, please bring them back inside by 7 p.m. Dumping waste is prohibited and is an offense.
Curbside Giveaway Day is an event for the whole community!
Please donate gently used items that remain to a thrift store, or bring it to the Residential Dump Day August 24th at the Public Works Yard 8am-12noon, fees apply.
