Each division within the Planning and Development department is responsible for various stages and aspect of lands development and the construction of buildings as well as administering Town By-Law. In addition, By-Law Enforcement Services are responsible for investigating By-Law and licensing complaints, inspections related to signs, parking enforcement and weed control.
