Town Launches New Digital Calendar for Curbside Collection

The Town of Gananoque is pleased to announce the launch of the new digital calendar for curbside collection.

Gananoque has partnered with Re-Collect | A Routeware Company to provide our residents with a new digital calendar tool for waste and recycling education.
We are implementing this tool for long term success in assisting residents with a user- friendly calendar and waste and recycling app!

Follow these 4 easy steps:
1. Visit our website www.gananoque.ca
2. Click the Community Services tab
3. Click the Waste & Recycling tab - the calendar is at your fingertips
4. Type in your address

Here’s a glimpse of what your calendar will look like and the information provided:
It will provide operational efficiency with only a few easy clicks!

If you have any questions or need help accessing the information in the new calendar, please email pwinfo@gananoque.ca or simply click the ?Need help? tab on the calendar screen and send an email directly to Public Works.

This new calendar also includes dates for special events such as, brush & leaf collection dates, yard hours, residential dump days and more - all at the click of a button.

PHASE II
As we progress and the Town gets Phase II of our tool set up in early 2024 – Waste Wizard and the Waste APP, you will be able to set yourself up to get alerts and reminders about your collection day and which recycling goes out on which day!
