Thursday Yoga with Lindsay - a 6 week pre-registered program with drop opportunities

Discover the subtle, nuanced elements of yoga through mindful movement and breath rooted in my therapeutic yoga principles of movement. Expect slow placed, gentle, do-able movement explorations for stress relief, pain care, improved mobility and flexibility. Appropriate for all ages. No experience required.

Class is taught by certified yoga therapist, Lindsay Keefe.

Tennis & Pickleball - Free use of facility - 600 King St.

Badminton - location _  TIES in Lansdowne. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 7:00 - 9:30. The club has a great mix of skill and includes teenagers to members in their seventies. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to phone (613.382.5303).

Tai Chi Easy Class

Tai Chi Easy™ combines Qi Gong and Tai Chi 5 form in a fun, moving meditation practice.
It is a holistic fitness practice which uses breath work and focused intention with a series of gentle yet powerful, rhythmic movements and stretches to help you improve the flow of “chi” or life force energy throughout the body.
Plus....Enjoy a guided meditation/visualisation afterwards to enhance your experience!
