The disruption includes:
-Temporary partial lane shift on King Street East between Charles Street and William Street.
-Temporary sidewalk closure on South side of King Street East between Charles Street and William Street.

Detour route: King Street will remain open. Please use sidewalk on North side of King Street East from Charles Street to William Street.

DISRUPTION NOTICE - Partial Lane Shift and Sidewalk Closure

There is currently a planned service disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience however; the Town Hall stairway (in the old section) is out of service due to repair work to the stairs. The estimated time of the service disruption will be for a two-week period:

From: March 30, 2023
To: April 14th, 2023

The disruption includes: the Town Hall building located at 30 King Street East, stairway leading from the ground level floor to the second level offices. We are currently having repair work completed a.s.a.p. It is not anticipated to be back in service until – April 14th, 2023.

The following alternative services are available:
stairway located in the new section and in addition there is the elevator as a second alternative option.
