RDS-2026-06 Arthur Street Reconstruction Phase II

Arthur Street is part of the Town’s roadway infrastructure and runs east to west and in total is 560 metres in length. This Phase II project will reconstruct 370 metres from Charles Street S to the dead end.

The Town of Gananoque, otherwise referred to as “The Town”, is seeking quotations from qualified HVAC contractors to provide the removal, disposal, procurement and installation of a dehumidifier in the rink area of the Lou Jeffries, located at 600 King Street East, Gananoque Ontario as per the stamped engineered drawings attached herein.

UTL-2026-04 Elmwood Watermain Extension

The Work under this Contract consists of watermain infrastructure extension on Elmwood Drive to King Street, Gananoque, Ontario.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Installation of approximately 170 m of 300 mm diameter watermain
  • Installation of gate valves, insertion valves, tees, hydrant and valve assemblies
  • Removal, abandonment, and grouting of existing watermain sections
  • Temporary surface reinstatement within unopened right-of-way
  • Erosion and sediment control measures, including silt fence, silt socks and catch basin protection
  • Granular backfill, compaction, testing, flushing, disinfection, commissioning and all incidental works
  • All necessary construction management, coordination, quality control, inspection and testin
