In the Chinese Zodiac, Fire Horse energy carries courage, vitality, and momentum—an invitation to move forward in life with confidence, freedom, and inner strength. It is a time to reconnect with your own instinct, to honor the fire within, and to release what no longer serves you.
Fire Horse Rising is a sound meditation designed to ground that fiery energy. Through deep, resonant sound, gentle breathwork, and intentional vibration, we create a safe, held space for courage, confidence, and forward motion to rise naturally—without forcing or striving.

A certified sound journey including Himalayan bowls, crystal instruments, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes—are played for you, allowing your body and nervous system to receive and integrate the sound fully.
Mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks are provided so you can rest deeply, surrender, and be carried by the resonance.
