Event Description
Master Nordic Pole Walking Trainer and avid Nordic Pole Walking enthusiast. He wants to grow the appreciation for the sport by bringing it to anyone who wants to learn! Nordic Pole Walking is a whole-body exercise without running or high-impact activity. It uses specially designed poles to engage your upper body as you walk. 30 Minutes of Nordic pole walking is equivalent to 55 minutes of regular walking. Burn more energy, work the arms, shoulders, back and core, improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen legs, low-impact exercise, improve posture, balance and coordination


Nordic Pole Walking can:
- Burn more energy than ordinary walking

Admission Details
Cost: $10 per person (tax included)
Bring: water; wear comfy shoes and weather-appropriate apparel. Poles will be available on site for practice and sizing.
