The Spring Equinox marks a sacred point of balance—equal parts light and dark—inviting the body, mind, and spirit to gently awaken after the inward pull of winter.
Return To The Light is a deeply immersive sound journey designed to support renewal, recalibration, and a soft return to your inner radiance. Through layered frequencies from gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal instruments, chimes, drums, and tuning forks, the nervous system is guided into a state of deep rest while the energetic body is invited back into harmony.
This journey is not about forcing change, but about allowing what is ready to emerge to rise naturally—like light returning to the earth. Participants are supported with thick mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks, creating a safe and grounding space to rest, receive, and reset.
As a certified sound, somatic, and biofield practitioner, Lesley holds this journey with intention, presence, and respect for each participant’s unique process.
