Voter Information Letters (VIL)
Expected to Arrive in the Mail Beginning October 5, 2026
Eligible electors will be receiving a Voter Information Letter (VIL) in the mail beginning October 5, 2026. Please keep this letter in a safe spot. You need it to vote!
The Voter Information Letter contains all information required for you to cast your vote by Internet or Telephone from October 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM to Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00 PM. It also includes a specific elector Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please do not share your PIN.

If you need assistance with voting or require a Voter Information Letter (VIL), please visit the Town Hall Council Chambers, 30 King Street East, Gananoque, during the following dates and times:
Monday, October 19 – 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Tuesday, October 20 to Friday, October 23 – 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday, October 24 and Sunday October 25 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Monday, October 26 – 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Should you require a VIL, please bring Identification with you. Accepted Voter Identification, as legislated under the Municipal Elections Act O. Reg. 304/13.
