Joel Stone Beach has been cleared and reopened for use by Southeast Health unit, Signs are removed and beach is open for use. Splash pad remains open located at 135 Water Street; The Splash Pad will be open 8am-8:00pm. The washrooms remain open 8am-11:00pm. We will continue to monitor the situation with the health unit and will update as required.
