The disruption includes:
Elmwood Watermain Extension – Contract UTL-2026-04
Beginning September 21, 2026, the pedestrian path connecting King Street East to the intersection of Pine Street East and Elmwood Drive will be closed to the general public for the duration of construction associated with the Elmwood Watermain Extension project.
Pedestrians are asked to follow all posted signage, avoid entering the construction area, and use an alternate route.
The Town appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while this important infrastructure work is completed.
