Thank you for your interest in performing at our events in Gananoque and the 1000 Islands! Please complete the form below to be considered. Applications will be accepted until March 31, 2026, unless all slots are filled before then.
Please note, due to the high volume of submissions we receive, only those selected for consideration will be contacted.
All personal information on this form is collected pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2001 and will be used for the purposes of event entertainment submissions.

Printed Applications can be submitted in person to the Visitor Centre located at 10 King Street East, Gananoque.
PDF application forms can be emailed to businesscoordinator@gananoque.ca.
Please note that we have received a high volume of responses and we will do our best to process them in a timely manner.
