The Town of Gananoque is pleased to announce the launch of iCity Online — a new, convenient way for ratepayers to manage their accounts anytime, from anywhere.
What is the iCity Online Portal?
The iCity Online portal allows residents to securely access and manage their property tax and water & sewer accounts. By registering for an account, you can:
- View your account balances
- Receive bills electronically
- Access past bills online
- Manage your information through a secure and private platform
How Do I Register?
Visit: https://icityonline.gananoque.ca.
After creating a login, you will be able to link your accounts using the access codes provided on your bills.
Where Can I Find My Access Code?
Property Taxes
Your 2025 final property tax bill includes an access code.
You’ll find it directly below the Town’s information at the top of the bill.
Use this access code along with your roll number and the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
Water/Wastewater
The Town will no longer issue e-bills.
The 4th-quarter billing, to be issued in January 2026, will include your access code.
Use this code along with your account number and the provided instructions to register and link your account.
