Town Hall and all municipal buildings in the Town of Gananoque with the exception of the Lou Jeffries Arena, Municipal Arena, and Visitor Centre will be closed Monday, Sept. 19, to acknowledge the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The Queen’s funeral will be held at Westminster Abbey, the historic church where Britain’s kings and queens are crowned. The service will be broadcast on BBC television and will be available to stream on BBC iPlayer, with updates on the BBC news and radio networks throughout the day.
