Brake for Turtles - Help protect the turtle population
We know that turtles are all over Gananoque and that they unfortunately cross roads in many locations throughout the community. There may be no bigger threat to turtles in Ontario than that of our busy roads and highways. Countless turtles are run over by cars and killed each year on Ontario’s roads.
Update on Annual Low Cost Rabies Clinics
The Health Unit has partnered with our local veterinarians and municipalities for many years to facilitate low cost rabies vaccination clinics in communities across Leeds, Grenville and Lanark Counties.
