- The 2025 Tax Rates and 2025 Tax Ratios was passed.
- The Gananoque Public Library Quarterly Report was received for information.
- Council defeated the recommendation for the procurement of a new backhoe which had been approved as a Capital purchase in the 2025 capital budget.
- A By-law was passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement with Online Pavement Markings and Maintenance, to provide asphalt crack sealing services to an upset limit of $55,600 exclusive of Town’s share of HST.
- Council received the 2024 Annual Drinking Water Inspection Report, which highlighted a Final Inspection Rating of 100% for the James W. King Drinking Water System.
- A By-law was passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement with J.L. Richards & Associates Ltd., to update the Wastewater Master Plan to an upset limit of $79,677 excluding HST.
- Mayor Beddows brought forward a recommendation for Council to reconsider the General Fees and Rates By-law No. 2025-015 – Disposal Site Fees – Schedule ‘I’. This item will be brought back for reconsideration on May 20, 2025 and presented as if never been seen before.
- The Integrity Commissioner's 2024 Annual Report was received for information.
