Cooper’s Alley (100 block) will be closed DAILY from 154 King St E to Charles St N from 9:00am to 6:00pm to allow Enbridge Gas to complete works in the alley. The pedestrian crosswalk from Cooper’s Alley to King Street will remain open.

The previously declared 'Significant Weather Event' has now been lifted, meaning standard snow clearing operations are resuming across the Town of Gananoque. While road conditions are improving, please continue to exercise caution while driving and walking as crews work to fully clear remaining snow.
Gananoque's blue box recycling program transitions March 31st and will be managed by Circular Materials, the administrator of the common collection system and a national not-for-profit organization that is committed to building an efficient and effective recycling system in Ontario.

Overnight snow removal will take place along King Street East from Charles Street to the King Street Bridge on Thursday, February 20th 12:00AM to 7:00AM. A friendly reminder, no overnight parking on the streets until April 1st, 2025.

Poor visibility in heavy snow.
Impacts:
Due to the incoming inclement weather, we have made the decision to keep Town Hall closed on Thursday, February 13th. This is to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during these challenging conditions.
