Update: Water Main Break – William Street South at Wellington Street
The Public Works Department has completed repairs to the watermain on William Street South, and the watermain is back in service. William Street South between Wellington Street and Cedar Alley will be opened to through traffic later this afternoon/early evening once the excavation has been fully backfilled. The Town appreciates everyone’s cooperation while these repairs took place.

The Public Works Department experienced a watermain break this morning on William Street South at Wellington Street. The watermain has been isolated and Public Works staff are working to repair the watermain. William Street South is temporarily closed between Wellington Street and Cedar Alley while repairs are being made. An update will be provided via a Public Notice once repairs have been completed and William Street has been opened to traffic.
